You are a godly man if you have a Spirit of God .Keep and be obedient to the commandments of God at all times and walk ‘uprightly’ before God

Can Christian man dress in saggy pants, showing underwear etc?
Clothing is an expression of one's behavior, attitude, and role. clothing is meant for covering the body, not revealing it. Men should not dress or act like women, for this is an abomination in God's eyes. We see now a days in our society that some men have gone very extreme like women in dressing themselves. God wants men and women to act and dress according to their gender and according to the place that God has given each one in Creation.
1. Men are spiritual heads: Men must be teachers and leaders in proper clothing and behavior. What was covered in Christ's time should be covered still. we should want to dress the way God wants us to dress, we should want to look the way God tells us to look, both men and women, because God tells us to. Men must be modest in behavior. Men should not tell sexual jokes, or make sexual comments or engage in sexually-explicit conversations, or speak and act in a way that is contrary to modesty and righteousness. Modesty applies to behavior, even more than it applies to clothing. Men should not watch pornography or treat pornography as if it were anything other than immoral and offensive. But most men do not accept this teaching. They accept the teachings of their culture and ignore the teachings of the Holy Bible. When the Church teaches one thing and their culture teaches another, they follow their culture instead of Christ.
2. Men are different: God made us different. Males have a different physical build than females. Males have different sexual organs than females. Males have a different hormonal content than females have and thereby a different chemical balance. Males have different emotional makeup than do females. Males and females ARE different. Christian men should give no occasion for others to stumble at as well. In spite of the women's liberation movement and this unisex society there is a God ordained difference between men and women. By nature there is a marked difference between the male and female, even in the animal kingdom. The homosexuals and lesbians who are pushing for a unisex society are unsaved (1Co 6:9-10). The serious Christian will not follow the fashions of the sinful world. Hollywood has mastered the science of producing sexual lasciviousness in the hearts of men and women. There are lots of parents who allow their children especially the teens to dress the way they want, even some parents too dress provocatively. They fail to teach the Biblical principals and raise their children perfect for the world not perfect for God. When someone dress in inappropriately they do not even bother to correct them. Yes, they might be ignorant, but still they are not protecting their young ones, they can not be ignorant when they have a great wisdom Book called the Holy Bible. We should not see modesty in our neighbor’s eyes, or friend's, or even family's or cultures’ eyes but modesty in God's eyes.
Neither men nor women should dress in such a provocative way so as to entice the opposite sex into immoral sexual thoughts or behavior. We are children of our God and God tempts no man with evil and neither should we ( James 1:13).
Some men justify; Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?" 1Co 1:20
"That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God." 1 Corinthians 2:5
"For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding." Col 1:9
It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak." Rom 14:21
3.Wearing shorts to church: On the other hand, if a Christian wears shorts to worship in the house of God, this would certainly bring upon himself questionable motives with regards to his attitudes towards God. It is not surprising that fellow Christians would look upon such attire as a mark of lack of reverence and view this as disrespect for God. It will be a poor witness for Christ and believers. Such men never wear shorts to wedding banquet or business meeting or working place. They dress with fine clothes but why do they want to dress so cheaply in the House of God?
Unless that is the best clothes he can put on, he should never take worshipping God with a “could not careless attitude” and expect others to excuse his poor demeanor in the house of God
The Bible teaches that one should glorify God in the body. In 1 Corinthians 6:20 we read, "For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s." The principle is to bring glory to God through the use of one's body and not to bring glory to self.
4.True Christian and Godly man: God intends for men to be sacrificial, humble, loving leaders in their homes and in the church.
The modest Christian man is loyal to the way his Lord has given him. He does not draw attention to himself in how he dresses, how he talks or how he behaves. He is sober and quiet. He will make himself a fit companion for a modest Christian woman, or fit to keep company with holy men. The Word of God should be our Final Authority on all matters. Society as a whole, especially today's youth, have totally rejected the Word of God. They say Jesus himself loved the sinners and we are sinners. Jesus might have sat with sinners; but He never partook of their sins or approved of it. Jesus was a preacher of righteousness, and He hated iniquity (Hebrews 1:8).
The Christian man, likewise, should seek a godly appearance. Clearly men have an equal duty as women to avoid provocative words or actions and to avoid any kind of dress that might show off their person or their body, leading to vanity. Like women, they are hence forbidden to display their bodies in public in an unseemly manner, or in a way that might produce a disordered attraction in the opposite sex. As husbands, we need to
be able to encourage our wives with respect to modesty. As fathers, we need to shepherd and instruct our daughters concerning what’s appropriate and what’s not appropriate for them to wear. The lack of parental involvement has caused low self-esteem, lack of motivation to learn, laziness, apathy, and a lack of accountability among too many of the young people. Growing up uncovered, unprotected, unnourished, without a father, abandonment, total rejection and emptiness left by the absence of father are all the contributions to our society when we reject Gods standard.
5.Our fashion society says to expose: There are too many Christian men are falling victim to obsessions and the immoralities of the culture in which we live. We have been taught through one of the devils schemes that our nakedness is for the whole world to see. Fashion and attitude are two of the schemes that the devil has used to take our eyes off of Christ and place them on our rebellion our sexuality and ourselves.
Its so common in our society to see that young men including teenagers sometimes even children’s, wearing sagging trousers expose their boxers. Some Women expose cleavage and some men expose their underwares. . If Satan can get us into the physical world of fashion then the spiritual battle for you is lost. Fashion is a scheme to draw us away from the battle, particularly for the young. Men and women are not meant to behave or dress the same manner. Our advertising worlds which are a Satan’s tool, our perverted culture with perverted media and people have taught us that shame and embarrassment are bad and that the human body should not be covered. That is not what nature and God have taught us.
6.Responsibility of parents: Parents today are not reaping in due season because they grow faint and fall away from God's plan. Parents are responsible to train their children in all that is included in "the way of the Lord. Proverbs state that a child left alone will eventually bring shame. Parents should know so they can assist their children to make godly decisions. If parents fail to train their children in Godly way keeping their lives holy, they will be letting the world do the training to be unholy. We being a parent should be godly example by committing ourselves to Gods commands, we need to “Repeat them again and again to our children. Talk about them when we are at home and when we are away on a journey, when we are laying down and when we are getting up again. Tie them to our hands as a reminder, and wear them on our forehead. Write them on the doorposts of our house and on our gates” (Deuteronomy 6:7-9). As parents, we need to parent them with a Biblical perspective. God does His part all the time. But the parents need to realize that they have a part to play in Godly upbringing.
The bible says that Wicked Children does not know God( 1 Samuel 2:12) they void of understanding(Proverbs 7:7)and are proud (Isaiah 3:5) Some parents incorrectly believe it is up to God to deal with their children’s tendency toward rebelliousness! As parents, God holds us fully accountable to faithfully represent His authority and standards. He does not leave us empty handed in dealing with our children’s wayward tendencies
Instruction is the responsibility of the parents, something our society seems to have forgotten. We cannot depend on schools alone to educate our children academically; we cannot depend on Sunday School alone to instruct our kids in the Word of God. In Deuteronomy chapter 6, God says through Moses: "These commandments I give you this day are to be upon your hearts, and you shall teach them diligently to your children" at all times. Parents have the responsibility to instruct their children in God's word by example and direct teaching. When godly people raised as godly children they make godly decisions and take godly actions that will influence the home and the society.
Todays the children are left to their own freedom, parents leave children to raise themselves , and are exposed to confusion they stumble into in the hands of their friends ,strangers, schools ,daycares who have taken the place of their parents in their lives An atmosphere filled with, unrighteous, corruptible ,disobedience,lust,adultery,freedom to sin ,impure,violent ,sinful,immoral,ungodly ,condemnation will provoke a child to wrath and hence the child goes rebellious and choses to walk away from God walk his own way in life, disobey God and finally rebels against God ,In Ephesians 6:4 - Bring your children up in the training and admonition of the Lord.
How many Parents today say prayers for themselves and for their children? How many Parents teach their children the scriptures, Bible reading, importance of God and attending church, associating with Godly believers and friends, rejecting any thing which is sinful? How many Husbands love their wife like Christ loved the church, delight and respect in her conversation, protect and support her , Dedicate themselves ,their own home ,children’s life to Christ?
The apostle Peter is a good example of a person who was with the wrong crowd. Because he was with the wrong group of people, he denied Christ.
The father’s failure to take responsibility and leadership in the home has created a valueless, unhappy, fractured home and society. This failure has had a devastating effect on our children and has spawned a multitude of wicked societal problems including delinquency, sexual promiscuity, drug use, and violence. The family is in trouble in America because men fail to be the leaders God wants them to be.
We see many men reveal their undergarments, transparent clothing to attract the attention from the opposite gender to their physical appearance. They lack the full armor of God. So they think that showing disrespect to those around them will cause people to respect them. Their underwear-showing, baggy pants that hang down on their butt and are nearly coming off in front is a sure sign of a very insecure person, lacking Godly morals. They have no confidence to stand on merit. Wearing such immodest clothes tells that they feel attention is respect, even negative attention. Respect comes with accomplishment not because one is rebellious enough to show their underwear or dress like a creep. What is true of our women is true for men as well. Tight revealing clothes are out. Baggy, underwear-showing clothes are out. Why? It is a sign of disrespect to the men, and women around you. It is a way of saying I don't care what you think; I have no respect for you or your wife and daughters. That is why men of character are so quick to get an attitude when someone comes in dressed inappropriately. It puts them on the defensive. The way a man wears his clothes is a sign of respect or disrespect for those around him.
This is totally wrong its against biblical values. Like women, even the men need to be submissive to God. Modest clothing is worn in obedience to God. Men and women have similar rights and obligations and both submit to God.
Men should not wear shorts? Do you think the Biblical man wore shorts? Do you think Jesus wore such immodest dress? The true man is the one Submitted to gods will, he is the man of prayers who has humble spirit, hard working, who is Respectful for Family and others, who is
Self-control in everything, sexually pure and Non-materialistic. He is spiritual in all his manners and also with his relationships because he has received the Spirit of God. Godliness must be the characteristic of every behavior of the believing man. Godly manhood is defined in a man’s approach to God. He must see God as the source of the principles and values from which he produces behaviors.
7.Godly father: Godly Father is kind, loving, compassionate, good provider, honest, hardworking, generous, forgiving, humble, faithful and reliable towards his wife and children. He .fears God and is obedient to His Word.
A Father cannot fully love his children and fulfill his role as a parent without having the knowledge and love of God because Since God is the perfect Father, one of the most important things we can do is get to know God better and seek him. Godly Father will keep Jesus Christ as the centre of his marriage and family. Godly Father must be right example for their children and obedient towards God and his family members. Their underwear-showing, baggy pants that hang down on their butt and are nearly coming off in front is a sure sign of a very insecure person, lacking Godly morals. They have no confidence to stand on merit. Wearing such immodest clothes tells that they feel attention is respect, even negative attention. Respect comes with accomplishment not because one is rebellious enough to show their underwear or dress like a creep. What is true of our women is true for men as well. Tight revealing clothes are out. Baggy, underwear-showing clothes are out. Why? It is a sign of disrespect to the men, and women around you. It is a way of saying I don't care what you think; I have no respect for you or your wife and daughters. That is why men of character are so quick to get an attitude when someone comes in dressed inappropriately. It puts them on the defensive. The way a man wears his clothes is a sign of respect or disrespect for those around him.
This is totally wrong its against biblical values. Like women, even the men need to be submissive to God. Modest clothing is worn in obedience to God. Men and women have similar rights and obligations and both submit to God.
Men should not wear shorts? Do you think the Biblical man wore shorts? Do you think Jesus wore such immodest dress? The true man is the one Submitted to gods will, he is the man of prayers who has humble spirit, hard working, who is Respectful for Family and others, who is
Self-control in everything, sexually pure and Non-materialistic. He is spiritual in all his manners and also with his relationships because he has received the Spirit of God. Godliness must be the characteristic of every behavior of the believing man. Godly manhood is defined in a man’s approach to God. He must see God as the source of the principles and values from which he produces behaviors.
7.Godly father: Godly Father is kind, loving, compassionate, good provider, honest, hardworking, generous, forgiving, humble, faithful and reliable towards his wife and children. He .fears God and is obedient to His Word.
A Father cannot fully love his children and fulfill his role as a parent without having the knowledge and love of God because Since God is the perfect Father, one of the most important things we can do is get to know God better and seek him. Godly Father will keep Jesus Christ as the centre of his marriage and family. Godly Father must be right example for their children and obedient towards God and his family members. A Godly Father should demonstrate faithfulness, responsibility, caring, gracious, generous, keeping promises, displaying good character ,knowing interests of the family and controlling his temper, instructing and guiding his children in the ways and words of the Lord for their own spiritual development and well-being and lead his family to church, Bible study, devotional time, prayer , other spiritual activities , godly determination to preserve his family and keeping his family from all evil, temptation, lust, and unbelievers.(2 Timothy2:16) .
