Conclusion: For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor heights, nor depth, nor any other creature shall be able to separate us from the love of GOD, which is in CHRIST JESUS, our LORD. –Romans 8:38-39

Does God want None to perish?

In 2 Peter 3:9 says God does not want anyone should perish, but all should come to repentance.

But our sin is serious and it cost Jesus incredible suffering. We should be reminded that because of "one little sin" death entered the world and passed upon all men (Rom. 5:12-21). We always see sinners love to rationalize themselves and even when Adam and eve sinned they tried to justify themselves by saying” The serpent deceived me, and I ate”. God is the same in the Old and New Testaments.

Jesus said of false teachers that “Every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be pulled up by the roots. 14 Leave them; they are blind guides. If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.” “(Matthew 15:13-14)

In Rom. 5:6-8 we are told that God commended his love toward us in sending Christ to die for us though we were or are yet sinners. By God's grace we are given certain conditions we can meet and have our sins washed away. "And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him .” (Hebrews 5:9). The effect of God's grace in our lives is initially accomplished when we, having faith, repent of our sins, and are immersed in water to have our sins remitted (Mark 16:16; Acts 2:38; Acts 22:16).

God has no pleasure in death of the wicked: God desires all men to obey His commands and the sinners resist the Holy Spirit every time they refuse to obey Gods commandments and his laws.

Psalm 68:2As wax melts before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.

Hosea 4:9 And there shall be, like people, like priest: and I will punish them for their ways, and reward them their doings.

Jeremiah 30:20 Their children also shall be as aforetime, and their congregation shall be established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them.

Nehemiah 9:26-27 Nevertheless they were disobedient, and rebelled against thee, and cast thy law behind their backs, and slew thy prophets which testified against them to turn them to thee, and they wrought great provocations. Therefore thou deliveredst them into the hand of their enemies, who vexed them: and in the time of their trouble, when they cried unto thee, thou heardest them from heaven; and according to thy manifold mercies thou gavest them saviours, who saved them out of the hand of their enemies.

Psalms 94:23 And he shall bring upon them their own iniquity, and shall cut them off in their own wickedness; yea, the LORD our God shall cut them off.

Psalms 9:17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.

Luke 12:5 But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.

Psalms 92:7 When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever:

Mark 3:29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:

John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

1 Thessalonians 5:3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

1 Corinthians 10:6-11 Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted. Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play. Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand. Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents. Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer. ...

Jude 1:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

Matthew 25:46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Malachi 4:1For behold, the day is coming, burning like an oven, And all the proud, yes, all who do wickedly will be stubble. And the day which is coming shall burn them up, Says the Lord of hosts, that will leave them neither root nor branch.

John 12:48 There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words; that very word which I spoke will condemn him at the last day.

2 Peter 2:12 :But these men blaspheme in matters they do not understand. They are like brute beasts, creatures of instinct, born only to be caught and destroyed, and like beasts they too will perish.

1 Corinthians 1:18:For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

2 Corinthians 4:3 :And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.

2 Thessalonians 2:10 :and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.

Matthew 7:13 :Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.

Suicide is not the answer, Jesus Christ is the answer!

1.Suicide manifests a lack of faith in God, who has promised to meet a Christian's every need. (Phil 4.19)

2.Suicide is disobedience to God's command that Christians are to LIVE by faith. (Rom 1.17)

3.Suicide is murder of one's own self. As such, suicide disobeys God's command not to commit murder. (Exod 20.13)

4.Suicide violates the fact that a Christian's body belongs to God. (1 Cor 6.19)

5. Suicide is killing ourselves and not willing to choose life. (Deuteronomy 30:19)

6. Suicide usurps the power that belongs only to God.(1Corinthians 6:19-20)

7. Suicide is self-murder and no murderer has eternal life (I Jn. 3:15)

8. A person who chooses to live is using a blessing from God. A person who kills himself is using the power of the Devil. [Psalm 64:1; Revelation 21:4; 1 Corinthians 15:26)

9. Suicider might end his life because of the problems and circumstances. But if we trust God we can overcome anything (1 Corinthians 10:13)

10. God has a purpose for every person's life. Instead of destroying life, we should use it to serve God.( Romans 12:1)

11. Suicide is not the answer to despair, disappointments or troubles. God loves us and is concerned about everything in our lives. (Matthew 10:29-31, Romans 8:28)

The Bible mentions people who committed suicide because of wickedness and sin:

Abimelech - Judges 9:50-56

Abimelech was a wicked man who usurped leadership of Israel. When a woman dropped a millstone on his head, he had his armor-bearer kill him so people would not say he was killed by a woman.

King Saul - 1 Samuel 31:3-5

Saul rebelled against God, so God rejected Him as king. He was about to be captured in battle, and fearing torture, he asked his armor-bearer to kill him. He refused, so Saul fell on his sword and the armor-bearer did the same. [1 Chronicles 10:4,5; cf. 2 Samuel 1:1-16]

Ahithophel - 2 Samuel 17:23

Ahithophel was an advisor who encouraged Absalom to rebel against David. He gave advice that would have led to David's defeat, but the advice was not taken and David escaped. He hanged himself.

Zimri - 1 Kings 16:18

Zimri was a wicked man who killed the king of Israel and reigned 7 days. Then Omri led Israel against Zimri. Seeing he would be defeated, he burned his house down around himself.

Judas Iscariot - Matthew 27:3-5; Acts 1:18

Judas betrayed Jesus, then realizing his guilt, he hanged himself.

Conclusion: For the grace of God has appeared for the salvation of all men, training us to renounce irreligion and worldly passions, and to live sober, upright, and godly lives in this world, awaiting our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all iniquity and to purify for himself a people of his own who are zealous for good deeds. Titus 2:11-13

Do God Punish us for own sins?

Sin results in separation from God. There are many people who ignore scriptures on God’s wrath against sin. Even though God is a loving God who forgives sin, the wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. When we truly repent ,God shows his grace and love, but if we do not repent, it shows that we are continuing in our rebellious ways which results in Gods wrath.

When God says he hate sinners it does not mean that he will tolerate the sinners or the sinners go unpunished. Love for sinners is not reason to keep quiet about sin. The Bible says that Sin should always be confessed ,mourned over, hated, departed from, Avoided even in appearance from all forms, shoulded be guarded, to be prayed to keep away and delivered from sins, to ask God to cleanse our sins with the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ. Christ not only pardons repentant sinners, but He restores in them the image of God.

God loves the sinner when the sinner is purged from his sinful nature. God will receive any repent sinner that comes through Jesus Christ. A true love for sinner is by speaking the truth in love, correcting him, rebuking his sin and not allowing a person to live in sin or continuing his sinful lifestyle. The godly sorrow we feel should cause us to change our minds about the way we have acted and lived in the past. Our sorrow should make us decide to quit doing what is wrong and start doing what is right. This is repentance.

There are many scriptures to show that God punishes us for our sins:

The man who plants and the man who waters have one purpose, and each will be rewarded according to his own labor. (1 Corinthians 3:8)

"I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward a man according to his conduct, according to what his deeds deserve." (Jeremiah 17:10)

"Therefore, O house of Israel, I will judge you, each one according to his ways, declares the Sovereign LORD. Repent! Turn away from all your offenses; then sin will not be your downfall. (Ezekiel 18:30)

Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work. (Psalms 62:12)

For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works. (Matthew 16:27)

But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; Who will render to every man according to his deeds: (Romans 2:5-6)

Each one should test his own actions. Then he can take pride in himself, without comparing himself to somebody else, for each one should carry his own load. (Galatians 6:4-5)

The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin. (Deuteronomy 24:16)

The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him. (Ezekiel 18:20)

But every one shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eateth the sour grape, his teeth shall be set on edge. (Jeremiah 31:30)

Give them according to their deeds, and according to the wickedness of their endeavours: give them after the work of their hands; render to them their desert. (Psalms 28:4)

According to [their] deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompence to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompence. (Isaiah 59:18)

For many nations and great kings shall serve themselves of them also: and I will recompense them according to their deeds, and according to the works of their own hands. (Jeremiah 25:14)

Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, with ten thousands of rivers of oil? Shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?" He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God? (Micah 6:7-8)

To what purpose [is] the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the LORD: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats. (Isaiah 1:11)

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself. ‘There is no commandment greater than these." "Well said, teacher," the man replied. "You are right in saying that God is one and there is no other but him. To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices." (Mark 12:30-33)

Sacrifice and offering you have not desired, but you have given me an open ear. Burnt offering and sin offering you have not required. (Psalms 40:6)

You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it; you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings. (Psalms 51:16)

To do justice and judgment [is] more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice. (Proverbs 21:3)

But go ye and learn what [that] meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. (Matthew 9:13)

Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord God: and not that he should return from his way and live? For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord God: wherefore, turn yourselves, and live ye."--Ezek. 18:23, 32.

"Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways, for why will ye die, O house of Israel?"--Ezek. 33:11.
