Every sin has its own consequences and demands heavy price!

The final result of sin is death and destruction. "The wages of sin. is death" (Rom. 6:23).

1)Ham & Noah (Genesis 9:20-27) involved in looking at naked body Hence Ham's son Canaan and his descendants are cursed (future Canaanites)



2)Angels taking human wives (Genesis 6:1-12, Jude 6-7, 2 Peter 2:4) which was Indulged in gross sexual immorality with "strange flesh" and as as result Earth was corrupt and full of violence God determined to destroy humanity by a flood .



3)Sodom & Gomorrah (Jude 6-7, Genesis 18:16-33, Genesis 19:1-29, Ezekiel 16:48-50)was involved in Homosexuality ,Pride ,Gluttony which resulted in Both cities and the surrounding territory were destroyed by God.



4)Lot & his daughters involved in Incest (Genesis 19:30-38) because his Daughters did not have faith that God would provide for them which resulted The descendants (Ammonites and Moabites) became hated enemies of God's people.



5)Abraham, Sarah & Hagar (Genesis 16:1-16, Genesis 21:8-21) committed Adultery because of Lack of faith to wait on God's promised son which resulted Ishmael's descendants became one of the hated enemies of God's people (Ishmaelites) .

Strife, resentment, jealousy and abuse between Sarah & Hagar made Abraham greatly distressed .



6)Judah & Tamar (Genesis 38) committed Incest ,Deception ,Prostitution, Hypocrisy hence Tamar was almost executed ,Judah's sin was exposed Since Judah repented (vs.26), some consequences may have been averted Twin sons born out of wedlock .





7)Rueben and his father's concubine (Genesis 35:22; Genesis 49:3-4; 1 Chronicles 5:1)

Committed incest by Defiling his father's marriage bed as result Rueben lost his birth right and Rueben and his descendants were cursed by Jacob .



8)Joseph & Potiphar's wife (Genesis 39:6-13) committed Lust, Lying ,Slandering, False accusation which resulted that Joseph loses trusted position in his master's house and is imprisoned based on false accusations even though he was innocent.Potiphar lost God's blessing associated with Joseph (Gen.39:5) .



9)Israelites committed sexual immorality like seduction, prostitution, adultery and Idolatry with Moabite & Midianite women (Numbers 25:1-10)

Hence Israel joined to the demon "Baal of Peor" through sexual worship which resulted in God's anger and a plague ensued, killing 24,000 .The guilty were executed

Israel retaliates against Midian for their seduction (Numbers 31)



10)Samson (Judges 14-16) committed Lust, Pride ,Broke vows ,angered and willing to take revenge ,Lying ,Witchcraft (vexing) hence resulted in Strife where Samson involved in several skirmishes with the Philistines Deceived by both his wives and eventually captured and God's Spirit left Samson .Samson's eyes gouged out by his captors

Samson repented in captivity and God granted Samson's death wish to strike the Philistines.



11)The Levite, the harlots concubine and the Benjamite mob (Judges 19) involved in Prostitution, Adultery ,Homosexuality ,Lust ,Fornication, Rape ,Murder .As a result The concubine died after being raped .Israel declared war on the Benjamites; thousands died .





12) David & Bathsheba (2 Samuel 11-12) involved in Lust, Murder, Manipulation

Conspiracy, Lying Covering sin hence David's son dies and David brought reproach on God's name - The Lord's enemies had great occasion to blaspheme resulted in a) Strife: The sword would never depart from David's house b)Rebellion: God raised up David's son Absalom to rebel against David and lay with David's wives in public .God spared David's life because he repented .


13. Amnon and Tamar (2 Samuel 13)involved in Lust,Conspiracy ,Fornication,Hatred

Lying,Rape ,Incest Because of the cultural prejudice against unmarried non-virgins at the time, Tamar's marriage prospects were greatly damaged, if not destroyed. She lived "desolate" in her brother Absalom's house. Absalom, murders Amnon in revenge

Absalom's anger & rebellion was increased against his father, David, for failing to discipline Amnon .


14.Absalom involved in sexual immorality ,Adultery ,Rebellion ,Dishonoring parents

With his father's wives(2 Samuel 16:21-22, 2 Samuel 18:6-15)resulted in Pride ,Spiritual confusion; Absalom followed evil counsel and Absalom was caught by his hair in a tree and killed by Joab .


15. Solomon & wives (1 Kings 11) were involved in Love of pleasure ,Sexual idolatry

Which resulted in Spiritual confusion, Strife: God raised up several adversaries against Solomon because of his disobedience .God tore the kingdom away from Solomon's descendants and gave it to someone else.


16. Any seductress is involved there is a Deceit, Promiscuity, Adultery, Lust ,

Seduction with eyes and her victim (Proverbs 6:24-26).Hence the victim's life was snared and preyed upon .The victim reaped judgment, husband's wrath, soul destruction, wounds, dishonor, reproach, no mercy .


17. Jerusalem’s spiritual harlotry (Ezekiel 16) which is Spiritual adultery, Pride: trusted in own beauty instead of God, Brazen harlotry, Sexual idolatry, Child sacrifice, Idolatry

Uncovered nakedness. Hence God turned against Jerusalem, diminished their territory and gave them up to the will of their enemies .God uncovered her nakedness to all her enemies .God brought judgment on her in fury & jealousy .Her former lovers left her naked & bare .God raised up people to burn her houses and execute many judgments on her .

18.Oholah (Ezekiel 23:1-10, 36-49) involved in Spiritual adultery, Lust, Idolatry

Fornication, Harlotry, prostitution, Rebellion, Adultery, Child sacrifice, Defiled God's sanctuary, Profaned the Sabbath as a result God delivered her into the hands of her enemies, the Assyrians; the Assyrians plundered Samaria, taking some people captive and killing others. The Assyrians executed God's judgment on Samaria .God gave her up to trouble and plunder .She and her sons and daughters would be killed, and their houses would be burned.


19.Oholibah (Ezekiel 23:1-4, 11-49) committed Fornication, Lust: after pictures of Chaldeans (Ezek.23:14-15) ,Lust: after memories of youth sex sin (Ezek. 23:19-20)

Sexual Idolatry, prostitution, Pride, Rebellion ,Adultery ,Child sacrifice,Defiled God's sanctuary ,Profaned the Sabbaths. Hence Oholibah was defiled by her Chaldean lovers and she alienated herself from her lovers .God alienated himself from Oholibah.God stirred up her former lovers against her on every side .God delegated his judgment to Oholibah's lovers to carry out on her - they dealt furiously and cruelly with her so that she would not continue in her sin .God set his jealousy against her .She was filled with drunkenness and sorrow from God's wrath. She was held in derision and scorn .God gave her up to trouble and plunder .She and her sons and daughters would be killed, and their houses would be burned.

20.The Romans (Romans 1:20-32) were involved in Pride ,Idolatry, Lust ,Sexual immorality ,Homosexuality ,Covetousness ,Maliciousness ,Envy, Murder ,Strife

Deceit ,Evil-mindedness ,Unforgiveness ,Rebellion ,Gossip, hence they Became futile in their thoughts, Their hearts were darkened, They became fools ,God gave them up to uncleanness in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves

God gave them up to their vile passions such as homosexuality, they burned in lust for one another and committed shameful acts. They received due penalty for their acts like incurable sickness and diseases. God gave them over to a depraved mind .They were filled with evil .


21.The sexually immoral brother and the Corinthian church (1 Corinthians 5:1-13) were involved with Incest ,Pride, Tolerating sinful practice in the church .Hence Paul instructed the church to: Not keep company with the unrepentant brother. Deliver the brother to Satan in hopes that he would repent .


22.The Jezebel spirit and the church (Revelation 2:19-25) were too involved in Sexual immorality,Idolatry,False teaching ,Spiritual adultery,Unrepentance ,Studying Satan's deep secrets such as occult. Hence Jezebel and those who sin with her will suffer intensely on a "bed of suffering" unless they repent of Jezebel's ways. God will repay each person according to his deeds

Conclusion:Victorious living is possible when sound biblical principals have a strong foundation in our lives and practiced daily aiming to live in Pure and Godly and rejecting anything ungodly with help of the Holy Spirit and through our Lord saviour Jesus Christ.



Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand." Eph 6:13
